The Perthshire Oatcake company are a small family-run business, with over 40 years catering experience, located in the Perthshire countryside. They started making oatcakes in the deli in 2005. After winning gold in the Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Awards in 2006 and 2007 and Best Scottish Product Award in 2007 they decided to renovate an old dairy shed into what is now The Perthshire Oatcake kitchen Using the only brand of oatmeal to be Scottish from seed to mill to finished product, Perthshire Oatcakes (known until recently as The Handmade Oatcake Company) now produce nine varieties. These take in the traditional to more adventurous flavours such as sun-dried tomato, chilli or ginger (these are also available).
