1)Water always flows downward. I understand your dilemma. If you angle the poles away from your vehicle, you shouldn't have any back flow.

Yes that's my question too. Looks orange in the photo.

Q: How to use the suction cup？

I haven’t used the product yet, planned on testing it this weekend. But if you simply watch the video it says to add some water and then press onto the car surface and then suction them down. Hope this helps.

I would imagine it would do a pretty good job of acting like a space blanket, the inside is lined with a reflective membrane
