Probably one of the best creatine you can buy I used to be 125 and I’m 145 now after taking this for just a month. I take it with my protein shake before and after the gym and it’s a great price.

Let me cut to the chase: I have used creatine for years. This products is ground exceptionally fine. As such, it mixes easily. I have found it works as advertised.One reviewer stated it was produced in another country. There is NO evidence of this on the packaging.Another reviewer claimed he ordered 1000g and was sent 100g package, insinuating false advertising. I did NOT have such an experience. I received exactly what they advertised, a 1000g tub of creatine.Going forward, I see no reason for me to switch suppliers. I am happy and satisfied (and I am difficult to please). Mixes very well. It’s a small container but you only use one teaspoon

I had been on a very sporatic workout schedule for many years, trying to get back into it for some time now. This is after being fanatical about working out while I was in the military with a 5 to 6 times per week workout schedule. I decided to finally change that last month and had a lot of problems getting back into it because my body was just too sore, needing 3 to 4 days recovery time, between workouts. This is an obvious problem, especially when you're trying to get back into a 2 and 2 schedule/4 per week.I did quite a bit of research into a creatine monohydrates that didn't overdo themselves with potentially harmful additional suppliments. All Max hit the spot and I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did because two days into the loading phase allowed any soreness to almost disappear. My strength improved and the product is fairly easy to digest. I usually mix it with an 8 ounce glass of water and Mio flavoring, following with drinking some more water. I remember taking creatine when I was 19 yo (34 yo now) and the stuff tasted horrendous...absolutely disgusting. This is definately not that ancient garbage I used back in the day. I highly recommend this creatine.

I do recommend it it does work i work 10hrs a shift and im on my feet and up and down the stairs this helps alot for energy and the next day im not soard from my body i just dont like the flavor
