I like my O'Cedar mop - built strong enough to handle my heavy hand use. So, although the mop heads were pricey - costs more per head than some similar complete mops - but like I said worth it to me.

Combination of wrong listing and the prices left me with ripped off feeling. The listing gave two quantities for the package one and four. Since the entire mop with this refill included costs about $20, I figured it was 4 because it was inconceivable that they would charge $36 for one refill. Guess what: it was $36 for ONE refill! Since it takes about $20 worth of time to return it I just kept it and the ripped off feeling.And triple that because they fall apart / rip very easily. Which is why I needed to buy a replacement for my very new mop.

Very well make , good material and heavy duties to clean my floors

product was defective - company gave a 100% refund within 6 days of notification

Was hard to remove old and install new one.

These use to be great, however, the first mop (sponge) head that I bought it with totally started falling apart after only a few uses. I just put the new one on the other day. 1 use and the pictures depict what happened. The sponge came off the metal rod that holds it together. So disappointed with this product. Obviously I won't be trying another one!
