This is hands down the best soy sauce I've ever tried. I wanna put it on everything. I've used almost the entire bottle and still feel the same about it. Can't recommend this enuff, worth every penny 👍 👌 👏

This will never disappoint you. What an amazing flavor!! This is not to be cooked with, but, rather, used on sushi, Chinese dumplings, more of a finishing soy. Nothing like other soy sauces I have used in the past that are so salty! Deep flavor, totally love this! Even the bottle it comes in is cool!

It was delivery safe & secure. I threw away all my other generic soy sauces. I use this as a marinade pretty off with my chicken and fish

After being introduced to (and loving) Mizunara-barrel whiskies, I decided to give this a shot. So glad I did, it's delicious!The flavor is VERY powerful and unique, so it can't always sub in for standard shoyu -- but it's a nice way to shake up certain dishes, or even just a bowl of rice!
