Update : Two weeks from original review; IT WORKS!!!! Helluva pump and strength when it kicks in.Zero effect…taken this three times now before the gym and had no effect on anything. Didn’t feel stronger more pumped, nothing…can’t return either so big ole waste of money 😣

These pills work well and do not give jitters like other kre-alk brands. No bloating and good strength gains. recommended product.

This is the best yet from EFX. Awesome energy/focus, and the right stuff to help you push past any wall during a workout. I can tell a pretty significant difference between this and the other varieties of EFX I have/use.

First off, this probably is creatine with a different name, BUT It doesn't matter. This is a must if your hitting the gym hard. It helps with growth and strength. I gotta give this a solid 4.7 out of 5. I said what I said!

it caused more severe constipation.be careful if you have underlying constipation.

This is some nonsense they trying trick you into thinking that they change the pH so that it's doing something extra to you, two grams of creatine which is three of these capsules is not going to be enough to make a difference, and taking any more would be an overdose on caffeine
