Great purchase but low volume
Got this for my 3 year old daughter who loves paw patrol. The phone itself has a lot of fun features but the volume on it is very low. The speaker is on the back of the phone. You almost have to turn the phone completely around and hold to your ear after pressing a button to hear what is being said.

Our Daughter Loves This
We have a developmentally disabled daughter and she loves Paw Patrol. She sees her peers on their phones but doesn't understand why she cannot have one. Found this on a whim here on Amazon one day and decided to purchase it for her. It's held up well, brings hours of fun for her in the house and one the road, and she thinks she's like her peers and now has a cell phone. She's learned a few things from it as well, basic math, but that's a big jump for us as she struggles with counting. If you have a Paw Patrol lover in your home, you'll find this toy will be a great addition.
