Tablets completely quashed in the transit and lots of tablets were out of its shell.Don't order these kinds of items as you are not sure of tablets quality.

A safe multivitamin and multimineral with no excess of anything or fillers.
I was using Supradyn earlier and then switched over to this. Both are good. This seems to be the go to multivitamin and multimineral for most. The best thing is that this doesn't have an overdose of anything but just the right amount or lesser. So it's safer in that regard.
