Not a fan of cheese sauce, but I'd buy this again.
I pressure canned Mac & Cheese using elbow macaroni and this cheese sauce - turned out pretty good, had the same flavor as a buffet-style mac & cheese.

I love the appeal and versatility of this sauce. You can use it for nachos, broccoli, to make quick Mac and cheese, and scalloped potatoes, a baked potato topping....endless possibilities.When I open the can I portion it out into 1 cup bowls with lida and freeze it..take out a bowl as needed and boy does it last.

For *sharp* cheddar, it is actual sorta banal in taste. I spruced it up by adding some additional spices: thyme leaves, cayenne pepper, tajin seasoning, and red pepper flakes (non-spicy).Regardless, this does still taste like genuine cheese; having a satisfactory thick consistency with a mellow cheddary flavor.

A little goes a long way. Added some water to it, when it got thick during heating. Nacho's came out great. Freezed the rest that was left!!

Fast.
Made a super sized batch of Mac and cheese for the freezer. Sauce was fast to heat and incorporate into the pasta. Not overly sharp tasting but easy enough to adjust to your taste. And no shredding.
