Great!
This is a VERY heavy piece of glass. Love it, but was too hard to mount to the wall it was purchased for.

Good For What it Is
This serves its purpose, for a reasonable price. I did not install this myself, but it looks great on my office wall. I'm a little disappointed in the flimsy plastic marker tray, but it's no surprise at this price point. The magnetism of the board is somewhat weak.

Product Seems OK But Package Damaged
Package arrived damaged. I checked the board and it seems to be ok. I won’t know if it is fine until I get it placed on the wall. You will hear from me if it is not fine.

Terrible mounting system, good product
The mess I made of my wall trying to get the mounting hardware to work.... It was a nightmare. Finally just got mirror mounting brackets and some screws and improvised a solution. Seriously, I don't know how anyone managed to mount it with what was given .. First, like other people had said, the screw heads were not the right shape or size to fit inside two of the four brackets. Then, the mounting template they gave you (just a blank sheet of paper) required you you draw your own holes and guides. The paper was folded, so it didn't lay completely flat, which doesn't sound like a big deal until you realize that you can't be off by even a fraction of an eighth of an inch. Since there's no center hole, I only could get one side at a time on a beam. So, used wall anchors... You can imagine the mess when I had to keep moving it to realign the holes.. I had to move the board around so much because the holes were so ridiculously precise that I was afraid of weakening my wall, so there's a whole 3 or 4 inch spattering of holes. Looks like the wall took buckshot. It made me so upset, I literally cried after hours of trying to measure and align things over and over. The product itself is beautiful. The magnets they give you stick nicely. The pen tray is flimsy. I added a picture of the markers I bought to use with it. I'm nervous about my slapdash rig of screws and mirror brackets.... But what can I do?

It's good.
Yes, I can recommend it. Paper towels and glass cleaners are best with the marker included.

Not all magnets stick!
!!YOUR PERSONAL MAGNETS WONT WORK!!We spent hours mounting this board on the wall; not only is it extremely heavy, but the paper template provided is inaccurate, the holes do not line up perfectly with the holes in the board, so it was quite a strenuous and tedious process. After finally getting it hung on the wall, we were quite disappointed that none of our magnets worked, they slide right off! The only magnets that will work are the extra strong ones that come with it. Extremely disappointed.

Pain to install, not super magnetic, but looks great
PROS:Great looking whiteboard (glass board). It's not white like other whiteboards; it's more bluish-gray. I really appreciate the glassy appearance.I also like the stylish design and the silver caps on the screws that secure it to the wall. As a whiteboard, it's excellent.CONS:It's not a strong magnetic board, which is what I was looking for. Some areas of the board can hold a magnet, while others can't. The board came with three tiny magnets that seemed to adhere to it. They can hold a thin sheet of paper but nothing more substantial. I've tried various magnets, and the majority of them do not adhere well to the board. The only ones that stayed up, albeit in some areas and not everywhere, were the rough-looking raw magnets from computer parts that my husband had repurposed as household magnets. Now onto the worst part of this board: since it's made of glass, you can't use the board itself to drill holes into the wall. It comes with a paper template. What we didn't know was that the template wasn't perfectly aligned with the board. We discovered this after drilling all the holes, installing the hardware, and attempting to attach the board. The top two screws went in fine, but the bottom two were not positioned properly. So, we had to figure out how to hang the board without the paper template. I now have four extra holes in my wall that I will need to patch up. Don't rely solely on the template; I'd suggest aligning it with the board first to ensure that the markings are correctly placed.Another installation tip: if your screw is not going in smoothly, inspect the back of the board to make sure the metal anchor is perfectly perpendicular to the board. The back surface of the board must align perfectly with the anchor. If the anchor is slightly angled (even by half a degree), use a hammer to adjust it to be perfectly perpendicular to the board, and then screw in the bolt. One more thing: I wish they had included some extra silicone rings that go around the bolts to create a cushion between the metal and glass. Since we had to frequently adjust and mount the board, and remove it to get the measurements right, we lost one of the rings. Given that it's a glass board, I'm concerned it might crack where the metal touches the glass during the next earthquake or if the house vibrates for any reason.
