couldnt put lamp together stand was defect pieces were missing and couldnt get a refund or exchange! Now have to waste money and buy new and when u went to put it together the inner part didnt come out and the bottom part was upside down for wheels

Not even used more than a handful of times, brand new as of June, and mid September it started smoking burning when it was plugged in. Immediately unplugged but now completely useless and potentially unsafe.

The media could not be loaded. Just opened and it wont turn on at all… doesnt do anything

Didn’t like the quality and it says there is a red light I don’t see any red light I try to turn it on the Nat Work it’s only blue light and doesn’t even work good doesn’t stand right I bought a different one from a different seller it really works

The unit itself is nice. The shipping was horrible. It was thrown together and not wrapped properly. The box was ripped and shredded on the side, with a complete hole thru it. The plug was bent and could not be plugged in properly. Thank goodness my husband is a handy man and had the machine to crimp it back to a circle. I am not sure what is going on but i am not happy. i just hope the unit will work properly since I have clients already on the calendar for whitening. Disappointed!!
