These tools are doing a great job in the hangar with sheet metal work.only 3 stars because customer service is non existent. every A&P I work with has a set of springtools. About 1/3rd have bent or exhausted springs. All of us, myself included, have reached out to purchase replacement/spare springs with no response whatsoever.I will not spend this much on disposable goods in the future.

Used these tools for a while and they worked perfectly. Then one of them ended up kinking badly, so I reached out to the company to find out what could be done. I have tried two separate times to contact them through their website, and I have received neither acknowledgement of the e-mails, nor any response to my issue. Very disappointed. A little customer service goes a long way.

Ordered 2nd set came in with box broken again. Not gonna order anymore and this one is going back.Metal feels pretty soft too. I don’t know. I try to buy all my tools made in US but boy am I paying for the labor only or what? Where is the quality.

I received two of these; both cases were broken. one had a broken clip that resulted in the tools making around each other in shipping, and the other has a broken corner.The tools themselves are great and make finish work very easy, and if you have a blind nail or whatever you need to hit, it saves you from smashing your finger or finished wood.
