how is the delivery and assembly synchronized?

The grill came in two separate boxes. While the head is mostly assembled you still have to install the flame tamers, shields and grates. Which is very simple. The cart however does require assembly. I used a power screw driver so make sure I torqued the screws properly. Overall assembly time was under an hour.
