Before I bought my Hydro Cell, I went through about a dozen other bottles. Some from CamelBak, others. A few knock offs. I use my bottle all waking hours and have carried a water better with fresh filtered water since the 80s. I drink 2 to 2 1/2 gallons of fresh water a day. It's God's Beverage! I bought my Hydro Cell almost two years ago. Not only does it perform better than any other bottle I've owned (cold water after 8 hours, antibacterial, etc), their customer service is far beyond the norm. I have had two problems with the bottle since I bought. First, I dropped it and broke the top after using it for six months. My fault. Emailed them and a new top was in my mailbox in two days. Wow. Second problem was just from regular wear and just happened a week ago (on my two year old bottle). The inside straw got stretched out from weekly cleanings. I emailed them on the very off chance I was still covered. Just got SIX new straws AND a new cap. WOW! This company is serious about taking care of its customers. 100 out of 100!

I ordered one of these almost 4 years ago, seemed like a good price but didn't expect "yeti" performance. I was wrong! This thing outperformed any bottle I'd ever owned, keeps ice much more than 24hours. My second favorite feature is that the 24oz size fits a standard cu holder! Only issue i ever had was the seal came out of the sport lid, but easily addressed with a replacement lid on Amazon. Ordered a second one coming up on two years ago not as a replacement but just as an alternate, as I'm addicted to them and nearly always have one with me. Recently, I lost another seal and reached out to Hydro Cell customer service. Jordan immediately responded, offered to ship me replacement seals at no cost. I can't recall getting such responsive customer service immediately after a purchase, much less a over a year later. I'm a huge fan of this company and their products and would give them 10 stars if I could. if you're looking for a great bottle at a great price, this is the one!

Loved my bottle, lost it but will be purchasing again

My review might be a little bias as I'm a big fan of Contigo bottles, but my son really wanted to try this brand after seeing it on Amazon. It's a fine water bottle. It's double-walled and keeps things cold. The colors that they offer are nice. It comes with the two lids which is a bonus. My son likes the straw tops on his water bottle, but didn't love how the top was exposed and didn't hide. After one recess, he said that there was dust all over the mouthpiece and he didn't want to drink from it... So we tired the other lid but it's a pain for him to have to screw on and then off. We're going to go back to using Contigo in the future.

I did a 30-mile ride with this water bottle in the bottle cage of my bike today. I drained the water by the 25-mile point and still had lots of ice left. I'll know to put less ice in next time. This bottle doesn't sweat. The cage on my bike is low so any bottle (like my CamelBaks) that has condensation will accumulate a nasty coating of grit and dirt. What's so remarkable is this bottle is only a few bucks more than the same size CamelBak plastic bottle! (Which sweats). The Hydro Cell bottles win hands down. UPDATE - it's been almost two years since I purchased the first one and I now own several of these Hydro Cell 24 oz and 32 oz bottles. One of them came off my bike and hit the pavement at high speed - long story short - now the lid leaked. I bought a third-party lid and it immediately leaked, so I asked a question in the Product Q & A about how to get a genuine Hydro Cell replacement sport lid. I got a quick polite answer, but there was a bit of confusion on how to proceed, so I just searched for their website (hydrocellusa.com) and ordered a couple of replacement lids. They shipped the same day - even though it was on a weekend. Apparently, they are not available to purchase on Amazon. But they ship just as fast as Amazon. I'm happy again. ANOTHER UPDATE 6/19/23 - I now own six of these! Still a happy customer.
