Actually it’s Europe on two pages, back to back. If planning a tour across several different countries this map makes that very easy to do. For fine tuning you will need individual maps of countries or areas. For big touring trips I like this map very much.

I just opened up the map this evening. It lays fairly flat on the table. There's a lot on it, so the print is quite fine. That's to be expected when covering such a broad geographic area. It seems like it will be very durable. My one caveat, is that, on the recommendation of other reviewers, I used a dry erase marker on it to add some details. It did not remove cleanly. The writing is faint, but still easy to read, so I'll be careful what marks I put on in the future. However, I didn't knock off a star for that as the description did not state that you could use erasable markers on it. Only that it's waterproof.
