I use it with clay slabs. It leaves a great impression and is easy to use. I wish there were more designs available.

This is a LARGE mat with a beautiful pattern. So large I cut it down to what I needed and use the rest to texture polymer clay.

Arrives quickly, in great condition. I will use this beautifully-detailed mat for making hot-process soap.

This silicone impression matte worked great with clay. It's big enough to roll a slab for a large slump or hump mold. Because it's so flexible, I was able to use it to add more texture to the clay after it is in the mold. I love the abstract floral design.

Sooooo happy that I got this! I work with clay and needed something for texturing a large piece. Most clay texture mats are so small and the size of this mat is just huge! Very very pleased and I’m now going to have to get some more patterns! 😊

I bought this mat for making soap. It was a bit pricey for my purposes, but the mat is huge and flexible enough to cut into bars and column ends AND loaf top and bottom liners. Covering the exposed surfaces prevents formation of an ash layer. The detail is quite fine, but I am not having any trouble with air bubbles or loss of detail since the silicone moves with the soap. It comes off easily too. The 4 of 5 stars is based on price, but I feel like I am getting my money's worth.

Great little mat. I use it for impressions in handmade ceramics. It is very flexible, the clay never sticks, and it cleans up nicely. I don't have to use oil to remove the impression mat. I chose this mat because it is very large so I don't have to try to line up the edge of the mat for large clay pieces.I wouldn't change a thing! Love it.
