The end is a standard SDS Max which is about 0.7 inches in diameter. Your rotary hammer will need to be an SDS Max type or it will not work

Don’t know what country but, you have to have a grinder handy to sharpen every hour of use . But still happy with purchase, heat is generated and this bit has not broke. It would if it was cheap
