My mom needed a new garbage can under her kitchen sink to replace the one that was plain worn out. It had to be a very specific size, and this was perfect. I think it might be the same brand as her previous one. It's sturdy and should hold up well. I just wish it came in some fun or fashion colors, but then it would probably cost more, so this is just fine.

Bigger than expected, 8-quart (2 gal) size rectangle, even seeing the measurements on description. 10-quart (2.5 gal) size black trash bags I bought at same time, to use with it, SMALLER than I expected; about half size of basket! How's that happen? I was told to try 13-gal bags! for a 2-gal basket. Ah, well ... returning the bags for bigger and keeping wastebasket. A shade too big, but still works for where it's going. Costs less than all the smaller fancy ones that are not useful for where it's going. I wanted gray bags, but do not see those available. Basket looks fine if you just need a normal, functional, easily cleaned rubber waste basket, that's not fancy at all, and costs less than fancy. Only 4 stars because I believe a 2.5 gallon bag should fit a 2 gallon basket, and I'm irritated that I have to go looking, again. Blessings!

Great quality! We had to return the first one because the sizing was wrong but this one was perfect! Very sturdy!

These Rubbermaid can fit perfectly under my kitchen sink, the last one lasted 15 years before the rim around the top began to break down. Can't beat 15 years!
