Works great for very long flights!
Excellent product. I took a flight that was over 12 hours long. I had no issues with it going through TSA, and the ice pack was still frozen solid when I got to my destination. My only issue is that Im on Zepbound, and the container only held 2 pens (versus the 3)-I only needed 2 so this worked out perfectly.

In Praise of the 4AllFamily Nomad Insulin Travel Cooler
Behold! A vessel bold — 'tis Big and Red, A knightly box that shuns both cord and wire. For wanderers with meds who nightly tread, It keeps them cool — sans plug, sans spark, sans fire! O Nomad’s friend, thou art both sleek and vast, With MAXIMUM of storage, small of girth. Though lightly borne, thy frigid hold shall last, Three-and-thirty hours — of priceless worth. No cry of battery dost thou require, Thy BIOGEL hath freeze at thirty-six! A magic jelly born of frost and fire, So science and thy box do sweetly mix. If Shakespeare roamed with humors yet to dose, He’d pack thee first — and leave behind his prose.

Stayed cold even after 48 hours!
We were traveling to Europe from the West Coast and I had to take my medication with me that had to stay cold. It worked great even after 48 hours everything was cold and the ice block was still frozen. I did put the RX on the outside of the container so that I would not have to open it going through security and customs. We passed through France and Italy and never had to open it up to show anyone. Worth every penny!
