White truffle oil is one of my favorite finishing oils to use. A small touch of it added right before serving will add an earthy flavor without entirely taking over the dish. I used it to make black truffle mac & cheese last night. YUMMY!! My family devoured the entire dish. The EVOO oil used to make this is neutral and allows the white truffle aroma to stand out. The scent alone makes my mouth water. Since this is a finishing oil, less is definitely more. It's an extremely versatile oil that you can use on almost anything. I like to drizzle it on my French fries and put it in my hummus. I love to swirl a little in my homemade butternut squash soup before serving. I would definitely buy this brand of truffle oil again.

Makes the best truffle popcorn and french fries. Especially when paired with truffle salt. Have been using this for years and never looked back. Stuff is outstanding.

I had used another brands truffle oil with great results. This one was cheaper so I gave it a try. It does taste and smell of truffle but it’s not as strong as the previous one hence the one star deduction. Overall it is good just a step below what I got used to. If you haven’t used truffle oil before this may be great for you. It’s a finishing oil or a baking oil. Cooking in it loses its flavor. I usually toss my veggies or potatoes in it before roasting so it soaks in as it browns.

Good flavor and aroma

Absolutely ZERO truffle smell and flavor. A complete waste of money. But if you’re looking for just olive oil taste and smell then this is all this product has to offer. Purchased the “black” truffle. Starting rereading previous reviews and should have followed -black is NOT true truffle/white maybe?

The truffle oil is delicious, and has a pronounced flavor. It makes pasta more delicious, and sauces much more tasty. However, the lid is not easily removed from the bottle. The perforation does not go through and out of three bottles, I have only been able to open 1. I am working to pry off the other two lids, because the product is tasty, but this is far too difficult for someone to need to do for every or every other bottle.

The media could not be loaded. I use this on everything! So do my kids! I save my artisan oil for special occasions, then forget I even have it because this one is so tasty that I don’t have to use the ones brought from Italy. It’s good on Mac and cheese, steaks, chicken, pasta, anything you can imagine! And the smell is divine!

Had high hopes for these products after reading all the favorable reviews. Unfortunately, the black truffle oil turns out to be simply bland olive oil with one lonely truffle floating inside. The truffle smell is so faint, almost non-existent and it tastes of good ol' olive oil. I feel robbed. The white truffle oil, however, is as expected, which is odd, because typically the black truffle products (oil, salt, etc) are usually the ones with more defined truffle taste and smell.
