Overpriced and not good quality unfortunately. I was expecting more for the price I paid. They don’t block out much sound at all. Certainly no good for the shooting range, or for the London Underground screechy trains.

Didn't fit in my ears at all.

Useless. Throw away earplugs much superior!

I have ASD and for the longest time since I've been a child I've had to wear earplugs 24/7 to mask all sounds to not only to be able to focus, but also to just "be", until now.I can still hear sounds, but I am in awe of the level of reduction of trigger sounds with my first use. The buzzing from a lawn mower - gone, but I can still hear the music I have playing. I am so happy with these, now I will still be able to hear when I NEED to, something I've struggled with in the past as I've constantly had to take my earplugs out to hear someone who is actually talking to me.I look forward to trying them out tonight when I hear every single noise coming from outside as people talk or when a coyote yips, hoping they might even cut down the noise level of the TV when it's on, just below my room.What I also like about these earplugs is I can adjust them by pulling them out a bit without having to totally remove them.They fit my ears and they are washable. to sum it up, I am glad I bought 2 pairs, one for work/daily life and one for sleep.Update - Down to a 3-star rating - one of the loops has already snapped apart, after just a couple of nights' use. Not worth returning, they still work, but any more breakage and I'll be tossing them.

When I first unpacked these I was disappointed, I didn't think there was any way they'd help me sleep. As a very light sleeper with a partner who snores... LOUDLY, I have been struggling for a few months staying asleep. I tried these for the first time and sleep right through the night. It's worth it and a decent price!
