I never write reviews but I was so disappointed in this product I thought I should share. But I can't say I wasn't warned after reading the other reviews. Somehow I just thought my experience would be different. It wasn't. Upon arrival, one of the tabs to hold the lunchbox in place was almost completely ripped off. We weren't going to use this feature so we figured not a big deal. However, now the handle is also ripping apart at the seam after only about 2 months of use. There's no way it will last us the rest of the school year. :(

Shame because the bookbag is nice . I hate that it came broken because now my son can not attach his lunchbox.

My son is in kindergarten & used his backpack the first day but we noticed the strap where the lunchbox straps to the backpack! The backpacks at local dollar stores were less flimsy than this one. I'm bothered cause my son really liked it & paying just about $30 for it to be torn is a disappointment. The zipper also is not smooth zipping/unzipping. It gets slightly stuck.

I ordered one. Zipper broke after 2 days. Returned and ordered another. Zipper broke in 4 days.
