Good product, but there's no need of Bluetooth option which sounds irritating, and vibrating sound is very loud but it's OK. I got the product at 4.5k worth it.

Nice product for eyes if you have strain in eyes it is very useful

I'm using this product for last 7 months but now it's not working and battery power is very low. Completely waste of money. No warranty also.

Battery is not good
Initially I was happy with this product, it works for 3 rounds in a single charge but after 6 months its battery was not performing well in a single charge, I could hardly use it for 1 minute... so spending 6000 for 6 months is not justified. I need heat massage every night because I have sensitive eyes and chalazion issue ... So now I have switched to Heat eye mask Pad..... Dont buy this ❌❌❌❌

Worst product of the year by Amazon... Made me loose faith on amazon
Requesting you to not buy.... No heat... Massage is so aggressive ... Can't be used on eyes... Eyes are vey delicate.. Loosing faith on Amazon, if Amazon was keeping such products.... That too not replacable... Nowonwards I will not buy any electric or high ticket items.... I would rather prefer hot water bag and food thermometer to keep check on heat of water.....dont even think of buying this......i dont want to give even one star. I would not buy this for even 700rs.dangerous products for eyes. .. Pressure is very high..really scary... Amazon should think twice before selling it. Does not heat much
