I love that this book highlights and celebrates the often overlooked aspects of Jamaican Culture! Things often taken for granted, has significance -- which is important to communicate to future generations. Especially to generations growing up in diaspora abroad.I was impressed with how this book communicates many importance messages, in a very engaging style.This book encourages Jamaicans on the island and abroad, to take pride in their rich heritage. People from all over the world love and embrace Jamaican culture, this book is for them as well!

Then you have Anancy stories for all to enjoy and more Jamaican stories and riddles. This book brings you back home and reminds you of you parents and grand parents sayings. I would make a nice gift. I highly recommend it.
