I started with 3 and personally I like the taste; earthy green. I didn’t feel huge difference but then I took 10 because I needed energy that day and boy did I get it long lasting sustained energy. I have also listened to a podcast between Doctor Anna Cabeca and the Owner.discussing the benefits. And I feel comfortable moving forward with this product.. Vitality gives you the benefits of both Spirulina and Chlorella together; they are nutrient dense. Great to know I get everything I need to be healthy in a little pill. Great for fasting; vegetarian diets, intermittent fasting. Awesome product purity is great for addition and major part of my diet to insure a healthy life now and in the future. Purchased 2 of these packs to try and I’m placing another order. From research I do believe this is one of the best quality brands. I also understand that it does take for some people a week or so of consistency to see the full benefits. I would recommend giving them a try.

I took 4 the first day and felt the benefits the following day. I tasted it and it's not bad, but it's not the best. So if you don't like the taste, just take it like a vitamin with water. Going to keep taking these for the next month to make sure of the benefits.

Ok, so I love energy bits. And plan to continue taking them. However, my bag bought through Amazon has a noticeable amount more powder than the ones I get directly from the company website. I will use energy bits directly from now on.

Absolutely incredible! After a few minutes of taking 5 tablets, my vision cleared so well, it felt like I put on new prescription glasses. It was so amazing and gave me energy but not jittery energy. I’m hooked on these bits!!!

The media could not be loaded. Bear in mind, I am a new one time user of this product as of today, so my review is an initial immediate reaction rather than long term. I love that this product is sourced ethically and is third party texted for heavy metals to ensure safety, efficacy and not detriment! I can dig the taste! While the product is very easy to swallow as instructions suggest, I took the second suggestion to chew first as I do tend to enjoy earthy green flavors. It makes for a pleasant little snack! And in general I like and encourage getting the benefits of mastication! I also love the branding and packaging! My only critique is that we should find an ethical way to make packaging for the smaller 30 packs resealable for convenience… especially for those of us who are on a budget and have to portion out our intake of this great product! So happy and excited to add this to my superfood stack! Thank you for making such an amazing impactful product! 💚💙
