I think this ball is definitely worth the price, it's very sturdy which is nice if you're really using it to dig into your muscles (which I do). It's also suuuuuper light. The only issue is its a plastic material, so if you're using it to roll your back on the wall or your foot on anything that isn't carpet, the ball will slip from behind you if you're not paying attention. I just use this ball for quick relief at work so if you're also looking for quick relief I'd recommend this.

I have been looking for something this size. It is great to travel with or keep in your car. I love to use it for the back of my neck and shoulders To help relief after sitting all day. Also gives you a great blood flow, rolling it across your chest.

The spikes on this are so sharp and hard. This product cannot be rolled on your skin in any capacity. Another "made in China" piece of garbage.
