Finally put this together and it is just beautiful. I had my son in law install it for me. It is to heavy for me to do it.The instructions were really easy to follow but it needed someone with muscles to put it together. I just love it!!!

This murphy bed is awesome. Works really well, great quality, and beautiful! Love the addition of the bookshelf. Totally recommend. It does take a while to put together and the instructions are a little vague. Would highly recommend though!

Product came damaged and was missing several pieces. When I contacted them, they stated it was over 30 days so there is nothing they can do to help me now. Seriously? This is NOT a simple install, it was very complicated, and I had to wait for my contractor to have the time to install it for me. I would not recommend ever using any of their products! $1,200 bed is worth 300$ MAX! Huge waste of money and horrible customer service.

It was not that hard to put together once I found all the hardware. The customer service was excellent and never tried to get over on me. They were super accommodating. Make sure you account for opening and shutting the room door if it's a small room. I didn't, now I'm stuck unable to open it close the door while the bed is down 🤦🏻‍♂️ for the price you should definitely get a mattress with it tho. Overall very happy

It's a nice quality piece of furniture. It's heavy, the finish is very nice, and it's very comfortable - no box spring needed, it uses slats.It definitely requires at least two people - my mom and I put it together and we needed some help maneuvering it into place. Read the instructions carefully - they're a little unclear in parts.Once completed, it's very easy to raise and lower with the mattress on. Very secure.The shipping was the worst - not the seller's fault. A door piece arrived damaged, and the seller worked to replace it for me. The replacement arrived damaged, waterlogged, beat to hell and dragged up my driveway to be left at the garage door without a scheduled delivery.... and the seller arranged a replacement again! The seller is fantastic to work with.And now it looks gorgeous. I'm really happy to regain that room.

So we bought this bed to save space in the house. We’ve been looking for this product and bought it was on sale. When it arrived it actually arrived super early by 2 weeks early! So great on delivery! We got the product itself and I’m not going to lie I was very dissatisfied. One of the pieces was missing the white paint but not bad you know. Going forward we noticed that we were missing screws and not just a couple I mean 4 different types of screws and quantities over 10+. We did call the manufacturer in Canada and they are sending replacement parts but they still haven’t arrived yet so hopefully I’ll get to rewrite a review once it’s completed. I almost forgot that the parts are labeled wrong from the boards to instructions so it’s already been a difficult process trying to put this together. Hope this helps. I would not buy this product again.

Each panel are extremely heavy. Not all parts are in the kit. Easy To damage putting together. Very expensive and low quality. Not happy with it but it took forever to put together we aren’t sending it back.
