This watch exceeded all of my expectations. It looks great. It works well. This makes me feel like I should be on a ship doing important research or out on an adventure clubbing seals in the Arctic circle. Really cool.I had heard people complain of how accurate they are and also the 31 hour power reserve, falls short. My watch is not having these issues. It is losing about 11 seconds a day, and I have never had to wind it. My friend has a watch he paid thousands of dollars for and he is losing 8 seconds a day, for comparison.I’m happy with it.

I really liked this Vostok watch at first—it was cool and worked perfectly for the first month of daily use. Then, out of nowhere, it just stopped. No ticking, and winding didn’t help. Really disappointing since I was enjoying it up until that point.
