I have tried many types of probiotic supplements over the years - this one is hands down the most effective. Tests well through Asyra, as well. Something between a small juice glass and a shot glass before breakfast and before bed - wonderful.

Vomit
I felt nauseous after having 3 oz of cocobiotic with about 5 oz cranberry juice. I ended up throwing up about 5 hours later…and then I threw up twice more that day..:I also took Vitality Super Green my Body Ecology 45 minutes or so after the cocobiotic so that may have had something to do with it.
