I ordered this for myself but I take some really big pills and it was not big enough for me so I had a friend that said she needed a pill case instead of returning it I gave it to her as a gift but it is a very good product just that my pills would not fit in it

I used to have one like this and it served me well for many years. Even when I travelled, I would pack it with my clothing and it was fine. It finally broke after I left it at my daughter's house and she mailed it back to me. Not its fault. I bought a more expensive replacement (the only one I could find in stores locally) and one of the lids broke off after only a couple of months. So I'm happy to have this new one. HINT: I don't take pills 4 times a day, only in the morning and at night. So I ignore the "Morn, Noon, Eve and Bed" labels and I use the top two rows for morning and night for week one, and the bottom two rows for morning and night for week two. I hope I'm breaking some federal law! If you only take pills once a day, one filling will last you a whole month.

On January 27 2022, I purchased four of these Weekly Pill Organizer/4-Times-a-Day containers - two packs of two each. Prior to these, I had four others that looked quite similar. They'd been in daily use for about five years and were finally wearing out and popping open at random intervals..When these arrived, I found they were far inferior to those I was accustomed to using. The compartments were smaller and the lids were *much* flimsier. In fact, the whole apparatus was definitely inferior in quality. What a disappointment..Perhaps the worst attribute of this unsatisfactory product is that individual compartments lids pop open randomly. It's still new to me - I'm only on Friday of the first week - and, already, I've spent more time chasing pills when this hinged lid or that one pop open seemingly at random..I'm ordering new containers today and will donate these four very unsatisfactory pill organizers to Goodwill. Maybe they'll land in the hands of someone who has less need of a reliable, 4x daily/7 days per week pill containers than I do..Do not purchase this product if you (a) don't want to be chasing your pills all over the floor at least several times/week and (b) need a product that works well, 4X/day, every day, every week.

I have used this for over a month. It is a good value and can meet a niche market. But it is not for everyone.Pros: Very compact, will easily fit in a drawer. The lids for each row can be removed as a single unit, improving the access to the compartments when loading up the box with pills. The price is almost unbeatable.Cons: The compartment size is about 3/4". A large pill will fit, but barely. A large finger or one with significant arthritis will have a tough time fishing out larger pills. This is best for a few smaller pills taken by people with small non-arthritic fingers. The compartments do not have a tight seal, and the lids are mechanically lightly latched. The physical security (thinking travel) is marginal; the preferred travel boxes are double lidded (one big outer lid + lids for individual compartments).

It's cute, colorful, and the pills are easy to get out with the little curve on the inside of each compartment, but I LOST SOME PILLS because those little tiny lids do not close securely. They come open very easily, too easily.

I ordered this because it said large, and it turned out not to be as big as my last pill organizer . I filled it with a weeks worth of supplements they did all fit if I used evening pills in that compartment AND the bedtime one also. I took my first dose, and as I turned it upside down, 2 other compartments opened, allowing its contents to fall into my lap. I found that most of the latches on this organizer did not snap shut very well, or at all, allowing them to open and spill out its contents, leaving me wondering where they should go and what was what. …..I have now found a larger one that I hope looks the last one I had. I won’t be using this any more! It’s useless.
