This was a great charger to have on my travels and I really liked how quickly it charged my devices. Bought this 3 months ago and it died on me suddenly. I reached out to Baseus to get a replacement or at least try to fix it but never heard back from them. NOTE: if you buy through Amazon, they will not help you resolve the matter unless you buy the products from their website. It says so on their Contact Us page. UPDATE 2.10.2022 The company reached out after my bad review and offered me a brand new charger. I have received it and it works. Great customer service!!

Excelente calidad. Tengo el producto hace un año. Con cuatro puertos es perfecto para tus viajes y que puedas cargar varios dispositivos al mismo tiempo. Ahorras espacio y requieres un solo outlet. La carga rapida funciona de maravilla, lo uso con mi Z Fold4 y es perfecto, tambien lo he usado para cargar Macbook air 15" solo requiere 40min para carga completa.

This is a very well built charger with great design. First one was defective, but the vendor reached out and sent another one for free! It was after Amazons return period. Very good customer service. The replacement works perfectly!

UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent replacement right away. Looking forward to use it! Great customer service Bought it several months ago, worked great, but suddenly all USB A ports stopped working. Wrote to the warranty (not easy to find) still waiting for their reply.

It is a good quality. And also charges comparatively faster. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to buy a charger.

When I originally bought it, it could charge my MacBook Pro M1, iPhone and Watch. There were some minor annoyances, like when you plug something in it temporarily stops charging everything (which triggers MacBooks to sleep). Now, 2 years later, it can barely keep only my MacBook charged. It literally can’t charge anything else, even when only one thing is plugged in. It’s going in the trash.

Bought as a travel charger, so I only used it on occasion. It died recently on my latest trip, after only about a dozen trips or so. When it worked, it was good, but the short life expectancy is disappointing.

It’s been over a year being on the road with this as my primary laptop charger and I’ve been really happy with this charger. I don’t need to pack additional chargers and it’s lightweight enough that I can just leave it and a couple cords in my bag and just.. forget about it. That’s incredibly important to me. I did take it out during a bag clean and forget to make sure it was there before a trip (because… I don’t need to usually) and bought another Gan charger at the Apple Store. I don’t like that one half as much because that one uses a bulky wall cable and feels heavier. It just reinforced how much I like this one and now it’s the first thing I check for before a trip.
