I have been using Zirh brand shaved gel for years. They discontinued it sometime ago, so I’ve been paying probably way too much money to get it where I can find it, usually Ebay. I thought I would try this instead. I would say this is a very comparable replacement. It provided a close shave for my sensitive skin, was completely transparent, so easy to see where I was shaving, it left no razor burn, smells great and rinsed off of my razor easily. I’ve finally found my new shave gel!!!

This product is TOP NOTCH! I shave with traditional safety razors they are cheaper and give me a closer shave but they cut you more often. I have purchased the best shaving soaps available and have an expensive brush to get the best lather. It works but its laborsome and takes time.With this shaving gel if I take a warm shower and rub it on it prevent nicks, cuts, and is so easy to use. Very close shave and smells good too.

The gel is a little thick, almost like a sticky substance. Otherwise it smells fresh and does a great job with making the blade glide smoothly across your face.

Too slick and thick for me, but my darling wife really likes if for shaving her legs. I don't like the transparent quality; cant see where my blade had been.
