Q: Is this better than the tkb versagel lipgloss base? What's the difference between the 2? Which is better? It says top coat does it go on top of?

This product is already made and ready to be bottled. Versagel requires an oil to be mixed in with it. This is just a clear, sticky gloss

Q: can i add pigments to make different colored glosses with this ?

Yes most definitely…… to make them bright or to have the most pigmented color mix white first then add in colors

Q: Does this base blend well with mineral oils?

Very well, I love mixing with coconut oil but I switched to vitamin e just incase someone have allergies
