Was told ceasefire delivers and installa. Been waiting for 10 days and nobody has come to install

Saved my neighbour's flat and mine!
Today there was a fire in the flat next to mine where paint work was going on. We used our 4 year old fire extinguisher (this same type, but a 1 kg can). It ran for a few seconds only but was effective in immediately stopping the fire in a large area. The remaining fire could be controlled by throwing water on it.I just want to say how glad I am I bought this or it would have been difficult to control all those flames and they could have spread very easily.While I will be getting it refilled soon, I also feel that I should have a bigger sized can. I might purchase a 4 or 6 kg one in addition to the small one I already have.
