Very good and helpful for my breakfast. They have roughage for your gut and also taste very good to me. I get a choice, and so that encourages me to eat oatmeal.

received the items on 03 Oct 2024, while item expires on 27 Nov 2024. if you're planning to savour it , best not to purchase as expiration date is extremely short. oats doesnt thicken up instantly too! gotta let it sit , if it doesn't sit long enough, oats will be raw
