A great Halloween prop for the Mad Hatter.

Well made. The colors are nice! Very authentic to costume that Johnny Depp wore! Will look great with my Mad Hatter costume!Don’t really care for the rope that is used to tie the belt on as it’s a little thick! May try to alter it so it attaches differently! Otherwise it’s great!

I was hoping this would be just like the product photo.... and it is pretty close... but there are some differences. The thread has more pastel colors and I would have preferred the more vivid colors shown in the pics, also the product photo shows a black ribbon threaded through the spools, however the one I received has a cream colored ribbon that stands out too much for the look I am going for. The spools themselves also look to be a cheaper quality than in the product pic. I also don't like the thick cream colored cord that is meant to fasten it in place since it is so thick it is hard to tie and is slippery so the threads tend to shift too much. I will have to redo the ribbon holding the threads in place as well as find a better way to fasten it on without the thick cords.I really wish the product photo matched the actual product.For the quality I feel the price it too high, but I will keep it and rework it since I don't have time to find/or make another from scratch.

This was the finishing touch for my hatter costume. It was a great piece, much better than anything I could have made.

Each item ordered from elope was of good standard. This thread bandolier looks cheap. The thread spools are not so nice plastic. For the price I expected much nicer quality. At least wooden spools.

I used this as an addition to my mad hatter costume for a state level pageant. I got tons of great comments from the judges and they loved it. A ton of the other competitors also complemented it. I would definitely recommend! I’m a 36 DDD and it was over a thick shirt and I had plenty of rope left over to tie.

Wore with my costume as the Mad Hatter to a Disney themed tea and got soooo many compliments. It is a perfect piece for this costume.
