Arrived broken

I would have loved this Incense Stick Tower, however, it arrived completely broken because they sent it in a flimsy box that contained shredded paper to "cushion" it. And although there was a sticker on this flimsy box that stated "FRAGILE", it was then packaged in an Amazon BAG and NOT inside another protective box. Geesh! How does one think it would survive all the tossing of packages into trucks and rough handling that these things go through? I do NOT recommend this product, and I returned it toot suite! Buyer BEWARE.

I've had these types of incense burners before, which I just love them; however, when this one arrived, I was surprised at the "TOP" of the burner, being on the bottom and the designs on it, being upside down. Every burner of this type, that I've bought before, the burner had a TOP on it that holds the stick of incense, so that the incense burns UPWARD, thus making the incense more enjoyable and it doesn't keep going out. This incense burner is very nice, of good quality in the material it's made of, but wish it were made with the incense holder to be on the top, instead of on the bottom as its base. Also, ironically, this particular incense burner is the replacement for the first one I ordered, as the first one arrived broken in half. THAT burner, which arrived broken, was made with the incense holder on TOP and the designs on it were made with them showing with the burner standing on its base and the holder part as its top. So.....I just use the incense burner upside down and am careful that it does not fall over, as its base is placed on top. IF you don't mind that the nice design appears upside down or can place the burner in a safe place, where it won't easily fall over, then, yes, I recommend this item. Maybe I'll order another one to see if it is made with the incense holder at the top! LOL

Which is why I kept it and repaired it my self instead of going through the hassle to return. The tower itself was better than expected minus the two pieces on of the structure that had broken off (en route I guess).Perhaps better packaging or maybe they are at the warehouse already damaged. But it was a relatively easy glue fix, it still looks great and so far its holding up. The stick incense holders holes are a little large for about all the incense I have and not too sure about the candle holders sizes either, but Its do nice looking i decided not to care.

After some super glue, it looks as it should. It's a shame that it arrived broken, seems that's what the other reviewers had an issue with as well. Not sure how it got broken with the way that it was packaged. I can't return it because it's a Christmas gift and getting too close to the day it is too be given. Glad I opened it up first and was able to fix it.
