Really pleased with these tins. They are so easy to clean

From pasta bakes to cakes and anything else in between, you name it we've cooked it in one of these pans.Follow the instructions that come with the pans, it's very easy to do and you will be glad you do so! Nothing has stuck to these pans since purchasing them over a year ago. Skin from chicken peels off the pan easily, sauce from pasta or lasagna wipes off and fats from meat can be wiped away just as easily too.The pans themselves heat up quickly and improve cooking times, probably not dramatically but certainly by a good few minutes depending on what is being cooked. As an example, lasagna in our previous pans would take 10mins longer to cook than in these. Using them is the same as any pan so there's nothing exciting there. The coating on the inside of the pans is durable and hasn't so much as blemished. The finish on the base on the pans however is very thin and easily scratched, it's not a big problem and doesn't affect their use but may annoy some.Cleaning is where these pans excel, now, cleaning isn't the most exciting of topics but when we're talking non-stick pans these truly are non-stick, even my terrible timing cannot burn anything onto these pans and a bit of soapy water later you'd never know, although they are that non-stick you can just wipe them clean with a paper towel! We have to be careful when putting them into the cupboard due to the slipperiness of their non-stick, they do have a tendency to get a bit excited in the cupboard and slide off anything you might put them on top of. We've got with putting them on their own shelf now, they seem happy with this arrangement!Would I recommend these? Absolutely, they have replaced virtually all the pans in our collection and I'm sure we'll be adding more Tramontina products to our kitchen.

It’s rare we remember to come back and review things once we have had them a while, but as I stand drying my large tin earlier, I thought I would pop in and see if they did matching pizza trays (and they do!)Like many, I’ve had a million ‘non stick’ roasting tins over the years and so bought these based on trusting reviews! And they’re all true. I’ve done everything in these from roast joints / roast potatoes / chips / shepherds pie / using as a pie tin etc and they’re still as good as new! Of course, the black greasy bits will always be there with roasts, but it’s the way that water just wipes this off that makes these brilliant.I love the size variation (eg the small one is great for lining with pastry and making a pie - it’s also great for then putting in the fridge with some cling film - when cool, obviously!). So these have now replaced all old tins and old glass dishes (which had become unsaveable). Anyway. A while in to their usage now, good as new. And I would already buy these again (considering for Mother’s Day in fact!)Easy to clean / slight wipe and dry - good as new and stacked back within each other and put back away for next time.Buy!
