Great flashlight! The Battery lasts a long time. The buttons can’t be pressed while it’s locked in so no accidentally turning it on. I love the fact that it has a spotlight mode or a more general beam. I find myself walking and using the more general beam, but if I need to see something specific switching to spotlight mode. U have owned this light for a couple years now and can’t believe how good it still holds up!

I bough two different brand lights at the same time, a compact one and this monster. This has become my go-to. First off, its on the larger side. I was a bit worried about the weight but is surprisingly comfortable and balanced. Its really well made and I'm happy with the controls and ease of use. It is really bright! The lowest mode could be a tad brighter, but the rest are pleasingly bright to blinding. I've used it 3 weekends in the woods, and haven't had an issue with the run time, but can't say that I have really tested it yet as the brightest modes are so bright I haven't needed them for an extended period yet. I wasn't familiar with the Fenix brand but am glad I purchased as quality is great and I'm very satisfied.

As other customers have stated. This product never worked right out of the box. It showed fully charged and would not turn on. Yes I removed the white protector from the battery.

Well made headlamp with good battery life and brightness. I was a little concerned about its weight at 8 oz. but is very well balanced and rides well on my head and does not fall off. Being a Ham Radio Operator I noticed the flashing red light sends SOS in morse code.

I haven't used it yet. It seems ok and should be good. I wanted one that I could go straight to red without cycling through all the options and why does it even have a flashing red? Who uses that? It is a bit heavy, but with the battery in the back, it rides balanced on your head, unlike most of the others that are front heavy with the battery and light together.. would I buy it again? Probably.

Let me start by saying I've owned this thing for a few months. I absolutely love it. It's very bright and the battery lasts for quite a long time. The flood light really does an excellent job of illuminating a 180-degree field of view and the spot light cuts through the darkness with a beam of light similar to Sauron's gaze. I have zero regrets about this purchase!

I am a railroad conductor and use this headlamp for work. Its water proof and dustproof and lasts several hours on the brightest setting, and has a very simple user interface thats easy to use. I would reccomend this product to literally everyone I know.
