Not As Good As...
Not as good as raincoast or american tuna, seems to have more of a fishy smell than those two... It's OK, but I wouldn't buy again!!!

Very good but,
Nutritional, an excellent choice. It does lack flavor, but that is expected due to the lack of salt. I generally will mix 1:1 with Genova Tonno Tuna in olive oil. When mixed together it has an excellent flavor with 50% less salt and less oil. Tastes great with a little mayo and sweet relish.
