Just not what I expected... too big!
I have an executive SAK and it's rather small and this sheath, of good quality, was bigger than expected. Quality wise, it seems just fine but it is just too big for my small SAK. I'll try to find a smaller one and hopefully they have one.

Much too large. Difficult to return.
This is much larger than a Swiss army knife. It requires printing to return instead of the usual return at Staples. Too much hassle to return so make sure you want a large sheath.
