Great on lamb but need something sour
Tastes really good if you looking for herbs flavor. I would add lemon pepper to it ( something to make it sour)

Great Rub!
This is a lovely combination of herbs and spices, creating a very versatile rub. I have used it with lamb, chicken, turkey and beef. Sadly, I've not had opportunity to use it with any "game" proteins as of yet. I do look forward to doing that someday, but until then, this is still a very good rub for any protein.

I used it for my leg of lamb. All my sons loved it ,I would use it again and again. Great seasoning hands down. Can’t wait to use it again. Bravo ! And yummy. Season it the night before generously for a awesomeFlavor. Believe me !!
