I have 1 acre pond with fish, im interested in this fountain, do i need Pond Aeration beside it for the fish oxegen or this will do the job? thx

This is a good question that many pond owners do not ask before purchasing a fountain. If your pond is 6' or less than a fountain could be your choice. It can also depend on the shape of your pond to determine the correct size fountain needed. If you have a deeper pond and you are looking for the visual than you might consider aeration and a fountain. Needless to say you don't need to buy both at the same time. Can I convert this to solar?

There is a 3400VFX100 available that is solar powered, however, due to the complexity of the unit these it is recommended that you contact us at (833) 779-2837 prior to ordering one. Solar units are very different than a grid-tied fountain. If your question is can you add a solar power array to power this unit, the brief answer is yes.
