Waste.
Don't purchase if you intend to use a hula hoop, but if you want to add plastic waste to our ecosystem you are very welcome to buy this.One section was so bad it will always come off if you try to use it. Noticed it way later as it was kept unopened as I went home for holidays. It was bought for my niece and she was disappointed.
