I did not like it for its taste , i ordered because the flavour was strawberry burst , but surprisingly strawberry was very very mild , and then a bitter after taste 🤢If someone wants it , i can give it for free . Can hardly say about the results highly disappointed with the flavouringI regret to buy this

Good plant based supplement
