Great resource for professionals in the performance nutrition industry. Research-based and great for building nutrition basics.

Superficial read - good content. Presentation - very poor - mono age numbers, weird choice for text alignment! Almost every other 3 - 4 stack pages is followed by a stack of about 6 uncut ones on top side alternately at the side closest to the spine or the end sheets. Reading is further impacted by a strange choice of print layout - as if it was a miss alignment (see pics attached). Maybe editors found this an eye catching (pun intended - it is eye catching but in the wrong direction as it distracts from reading). For the price I found these to be a bad choice.
