Works very well.
I had extensive exterior dry rot. I scraped off the loose material and brushed this conditioner on the wood left. When dry, the wood fibers were super hard and a great foundation to rebuild the beams with filler/epoxy. Very happy with the results. If you hurry up, you can clean the brush with water and save it for the next project.

Saves a lot of work and hassle for Renos on older buildings
I renovated a small cottage that didn't have a big budget. There was tonnes of non-structural rot where the previous owner had made some not so great decisions about using spray and sheet foam. This stuff saved the day. I removed the worst of the rot and then sprayed this stuff liberally where they might be rot or where rot had occurred but couldn't be removed easily. It soaks into the wood and the wood hardens up nicely. I was able to nail into it where required no issue and having removed the water (pooling behind the spray and sheet foam which was also removed) the ants are gone.

Wood hardener
Works very well used it on woodworm damaged wood and rotten exterior wood. Takes longer to dry then solvent based products but has almost no smell so is brilliant to use indoors. Expensive but goes a long way. Won't be using solvent based hardener indoors ever again.

The PC Petrifier works as advertised. If you need to correct issues with rotting wood, I think you will like this product.
