This is one of the best supplements to use for memory. The quality is good and the price is great. The capsule is easy to swallow or open to empty into a spoon for those that cannot swallow a capsule. Your thyroid needs this as well as the brain.

This product does its work!!
With my rare illness, my Thiamine was dangerously low. Since my last release from the hospital, I had to take blood Labs to make sure my vitamins in my body level. My Thiamine has been on level since, so they are truly a Good product & I'm glad I found it here on Amazon!!

This product seems to work
Vitamin B1 is hard to find on shelfs so it was good to find it on Amazon. Both times I received the product in the next day mail. It was recommended for some bladder problems and seems to have done the job. I dont's know what else to say about it if I like it and it seems to work.
