Bought the set of 2 Waterford Cut Crystal tumblers. The Waterford Corp. box that the tumblers arrived in was sub standard to protect the contents during shipping. Amazon shipped the box in a plastic Amazon envelope. Very inadequate to ship crystal glasses. The one that wasn’t broken looked very nice. The broken one was in a lot of pieces. A star was deducted for the poor Waterford box and inadequate shipping preparation on Amazon’s part.

Sipping bourbon out of this glass is a very pleasurable experience. Even though these are not from Ireland I love it.

They were absolutely wonderful, old-fashioned glasses, and they just sparkle. The glass quality was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Perfect glasses to drink Scotch

Waterford began moving away from using lead in their crystal after 2023, and is totally lead-free now in 2025. This item (and listing) has no indication if this was inventory from the lead crystal era or not. The danger is that if you keep alcohol in this, you are exposing yourself to lead. I returned this and bought it directly from the manufacturer for safety.
