Fair price
This monitor is exactly what I needed. Budget friendly and something light. Only issue Iām having is when recording in 4K on the Sony a7iii, the monitor goes black until I stop recording. I do not have this issue when filming 1080.

Good value for Monitor
The Portkey PT6 Monitor works good indoors with good visual contrast. Using the PT6 outdoors, even with the included plastic sun-shade, the image is less contrasty. The unit itself is light and works with my NP-F550 batteries (no batteries included with unit). It's nice to have a larger screen for video and landscape photography work. I had to buy a hdmi cable to accommodate my Nikon D850's hdmi port. The two cables that came with the unit didn't work for me. The included hot-shoe connector is all-metal and is a well-made/ sturdy unit. The unit comes in a nice hard plastic storage case/box. The case is just big enough to hold the monitor, hot-shoe, and connector cable. It will not accommodate storage for batteries. For the price, this is a nice unit without spending too much for a monitor. Rated 4-stars.

Screen is good but no battery and wrong HDMI cable.
This takes either a specific Cannon or Nikon battery to use which is not included. There is no power supply included either. Also, the HDMI cable is not the correct cable for Canon DLSR cameras. The touch screen has limited options compared to another off brand Amazon one.of these I own. There is a foldable screen hood but it's not the greatest design. And the carry case is a tight fit foe just the screen and cables so there is no room to carry a battery or charger. Its decent enough to get the job done, but there are better options at this price point.

HDMI output was vested when item arrived. Otherwise and alright, cheap, monitor.

Great little device. Well worth the money!
Love this monitor. Have been using it a few months now and find it well worth the money. I pair it with my Sony Alpha a7IV and a shorty HDMI cable and primarily use the 3D lut feature to ensure proper exposure for my custom LUTs. Very, very happy.
